01 / STRATEGIC DIRECTION

Three pillars. One connected story.

Chef content introduces Wasabi-O. The V School turns interest into culinary learning and stays. Walter Lee’s verified expertise strengthens international credibility. The supplied Integrated Marketing & AI Proposal provides the strategic foundation.

Build chef-led product credibility through “30 Chefs. 30 Ways to Experience Wasabi-O.” Prioritize culinary relevance, original dishes and clear paths to product purchases and B2B enquiries.

Research and coordinate a phased roster of 30 chef micro influencers; this is a campaign goal, not 30 paid collaborations per month.
Prepare creator briefs, recipe concepts, content approval workflow and tracked links or codes.
Plan a later collaboration with a prominent former MasterChef Thailand contestant, subject to talent approval and separate budget.
Measure engagement, qualified sample requests, wholesale enquiries and attributable orders.
Talent fees, samples, shipping, shoots, events and content usage rights are separately approved. No official MasterChef endorsement is implied.
02 / MONTHLY SCOPE OF WORK

What THB 30,000 covers.

PROPOSED ALLOCATION

The quantities below are proposed service limits for approval, shared across all three pillars—not separate allowances for each brand. Priorities are agreed each month.

Production & approval assumptions

Client supplies approved product/course facts, brand assets and usable footage. Short videos are edits of supplied footage, not included on-location filming. Publish on up to two agreed social channels with Thai/English captions where approved. Two consolidated revision rounds per content batch; client feedback within three working days. Unused allocations do not automatically roll over.

03 / FIRST 90 DAYS

Build the foundation, then compound.

Month 01

Align & prepare

Audit channels and audiences; approve core messages, creator criteria, stay-package assumptions, expert biography and measurement baseline. Deliver the first monthly content plan.

MARKETING
Month 02

Activate & learn

Publish chef-led stories, begin creator and accommodation-partner outreach, run approved campaigns and improve product/course FAQs. Capture qualified enquiries.

MARKETING
Month 03

Optimize & expand

Review engagement and lead quality, refine the content mix and enquiry journey, develop international authority opportunities and prioritize the next quarter.

MARKETING

The 30-chef campaign is phased over an approved schedule and budget. The former-contestant activation and culinary stay launch proceed only after the required approvals, partner arrangements and funding.

04 / PERFORMANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY

Measure outcomes, not just activity.

Commerce & learning demand

  • Qualified product, sample, wholesale and distributor leads.
  • Course enquiries, enrolments and confirmed stay bookings.
  • Chef-link engagement and sample-to-order progression.
  • Available acquisition costs and conversion rates.

Authority & campaign health

  • Relevant editorial mentions and referring websites.
  • International referral traffic and business enquiries.
  • Lead response times, ownership and next actions.
  • Priority search/AI questions and observed citations.
Set numerical targets after Month 1 baseline review. Reports separate confirmed conversions from early interest and state tracking gaps. Results depend on demand, spend, content approvals and sales follow-up; no guaranteed leads, revenue, rankings or AI citations.
05 / INVESTMENT & TERMS

THB 30,000 per month.

A recurring marketing service fee, separate from the website development proposal. All operational terms below are proposed for agreement; VAT treatment and applicable withholding are to be confirmed in the final quotation.

Client responsibilities & exclusions

  • Handle sales, booking confirmation, fulfilment and customer support.
  • Excluded: talent fees, travel, accommodation delivery, legal review and on-location production.
