02 / WHAT WE WILL DELIVER

A clear scope, in two phases.

Launch the connected commerce & learning platform

A single destination to discover Venturetec products, purchase online, and reserve a seat at The V School. Establish the essential customer journeys before expanding.

10–12 weeks
Discovery workshops, audience journeys, sitemap and approved requirements.
Teal-led design system with desktop and mobile page designs; two consolidated design review rounds.
Unified home, Venturetec brand pages, The V School, course listings, product listings, recipes, about and contact.
Thai and English content structure; client supplies approved translations, product imagery and course copy.
Product categories, search, filters, product variants, stock visibility and related products.
Cart with quantity editing, removal, promotion codes and clear shipping/tax breakdown.
One approved Thailand-compatible payment provider with card and supported local payment methods; availability depends on merchant approval.
Domestic shipping zones, flat/threshold-based shipping rules and order confirmation emails.
Guest checkout, customer purchase history, delivery addresses and admin order status updates.
Initial import of up to 100 client-supplied products; food storage and cold-chain rules confirmed before launch.

Acceptance criteria · Phase 1

A customer can purchase an in-stock product and separately book an available class; verified payments create exactly one order or booking, inventory and seats update correctly, confirmations arrive, and admins can manage both. Thai/English pages and critical journeys pass agreed UAT on desktop and mobile.

Scope control: each phase has its own written sign-off. New features, additional data migration and third-party integrations require a documented change request with cost and schedule impact.
03 / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

From discovery to a lasting connection.

Two simple journeys, connected by the same account and a consistent brand experience.

02

Training booking journey

  • Course → date → available seat → attendee → payment.
  • Fully booked classes cannot be oversold.
  • Abandoned holds release seats automatically.
  • Booking changes follow an approved policy.

Payment and booking tests, UAT, training, production setup and supported release.

Phase 1
8–10 weeks after approval

Expand & optimize

Wholesale, learning, loyalty and prioritized integration delivered after Phase 2 discovery.

Phase 2

Phase 2 is a separate 8–10 week engagement after approval; it is not included in the Phase 1 calendar. Estimates assume timely content delivery, merchant onboarding and client feedback within three working days. External delays shift the schedule.

05 / INVESTMENT & WORKING TERMS

Transparent assumptions. No hidden scope.

This is a scope-first proposal. Fees have not been supplied and are not invented here; a fixed quotation in THB follows discovery and approval of the final deliverables.

WORK PACKAGECOMMERCIAL BASISSTATUS
Phase 1 · Commerce & booking launchFixed project fee after requirements and migration auditTo be quoted
Phase 2 · Growth & learningSeparate quotation following Phase 1 reviewTo be quoted
Third-party services & hostingProvider subscriptions, payment fees, email/video usage and domains billed separatelyAt actual cost
Ongoing support & enhancementsOptional retainer after the 30-day defect warrantyOptional

Proposed working terms

  • Suggested payment milestones: 40% kickoff, 30% design approval, 30% UAT approval before launch.
  • Taxes and payment due dates defined in the final contract.
  • Two consolidated design review rounds; further rounds are changes.
  • Client owns custom deliverables after full payment, subject to third-party licenses.
  • 30-day warranty covers reproducible defects in accepted scope, not enhancements.

Client inputs & exclusions

  • Client supplies brand approvals, translations, catalogue data and course schedules.
  • Client approves shipping, cold-chain, refunds, booking and privacy policies.
  • Merchant accounts, domain access and service approvals are client responsibilities.
  • Excluded: native apps, custom ERP/POS, cold-chain logistics operations and accreditation.
  • No historical customer/order migration or ERP integration in Phase 1; quote separately.

Delivery assumptions

One unified website, one payment provider, one transactional email provider, up to 100 products and 20 courses, Thai/English structure, and two remote admin training sessions. A platform decision follows technical discovery; no commerce vendor is committed by this proposal. Security, PCI responsibilities and PDPA/legal requirements require final review.
